These Terms & Conditions include:

  • “We” and “Us” mean Janileads.
  • “You” means the person or company placing an order.
  • Submitting an electronic order is an offer to purchase appointment-lead services. A confirmation from us starts the agreed service.

By using the website to purchase lead-generation or appointment-setting services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Lead Quality Review

Lead quality matters to us. You may flag an appointment for review within the timeframe stated in your proposal. Our quality-assurance team will review the record and, where the documented criteria are met, issue the agreed replacement or account credit.

Invalid Contact Information

A lead may be reviewed when essential contact details are demonstrably invalid, such as a wrong number or the wrong person. Provide the supporting details promptly so we can verify the record.

Lead Does Not Match Selected Filters

A lead may also be reviewed when it does not align with the agreed campaign criteria, such as facility type, decision-maker requirement, territory, or service filter.

Lead Quality Review and Refund Procedure

Credits or refunds are issued at Janileads’ discretion after review of the lead, campaign criteria, and supporting information. Reviews typically take 2–7 business days. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so concerns can be handled through clear communication.

Your Information and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold or to request erasure where applicable. We may need enough information to confirm identity and process the request securely.

SMS Messaging Program

If you separately opt in through a consent checkbox, you may receive messages about your inquiry, appointment updates, lead availability, and service communications. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Changes and Governing Terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
