Janileads operates an SMS text-messaging program for commercial cleaning business owners and prospects who voluntarily opt in to receive messages. This policy explains the types of messages we send and how you can manage your preferences.

How We Obtain Consent

We send SMS messages only after you give explicit, voluntary consent by selecting a dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form. Submitting the form without selecting that checkbox is not consent. SMS consent is never required to purchase or receive our lead-generation services.

Types of Messages We Send

  • Follow-ups on a consultation request or contact-form inquiry.
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
  • Lead-availability notifications for your service area.
  • Account updates, order status, payment confirmations, and responses to your questions.

We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, email office@janileads.com, or call +1(855) 525-5822. You may opt in again later by submitting a new consent request.

Data Privacy and No Third-Party Sharing

Supported Carriers and Contact Information
